Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic and our inability to monitor products that have left our stores, we are declining all returns (including refunds, store credits and product exchanges) for the safety of our customers and associates.
Please be aware that if we ship your package and it is refused by you or if you have entered your address incorrectly and it is returned to us – shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note: Costumania’s team is consistently mindful of every order, from the moment you place it until the moment your package leaves our premises. However, we are unable to control the U.S. Postal Service, which means that there may be unavoidable delays and/or lost packages due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. See below for further information and instructions. Be assured that Costumania takes customer satisfaction very seriously.
If you believe your package was lost in the mail, please contact us right away. Many times the package is returned to us fairly quickly. Our policy is to wait one week from the intended delivery date to see if the package is returned to us. At that point we can enter a claim with the post office. If you live in an apartment complex – please check with the building manager or office, often we have found the package has ended up there. Packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the USPS cannot be refunded or reshipped. Please make sure your address is correct and also SAFE. If you feel your package may be at risk of theft or tampering, please ask for delivery confirmation.
