The name Costumania may appear on retail packaging produced by Forum Novelties in New York, USA. The name is used on products packaging is in no way related to the product enclosed or the name appearing on the packaging manufactured prior to 2008. In 2008 an agreement was reached between our company (Costumania) and Forum Novelties to discontinue the use of the word Costumania on product packaging produced by Forum Novelties of New York, USA.
